When and How Do We Collect Information on Our Site?
We collect customer information two ways:
1) You providing your email to us voluntarily, and
2) Through Cookies (See 'Cookies' explanations below.)
With the exception of site visitors who choose to provide us their contact email either to resolve an issue or receive our marketing, promotions, and/or product updates, our site does not collect personal information from users of our site, nor do we collect or store your search terms and phrases.
How Do We Use Your Information?
If you provide us your email (the only information we actively seek on our site) you will receive either “support” category responses, or product marketing promotions and news emails from us.
Outside of support or promotions emails we do not collect personal user information, nor will you be contacted by us.
Do I Have to Worry About Being on Your Mailing List and My Email Contact Being Sold to a 3rd Party?
Absolutely not. Our email list is strictly opt-in and is used only for the notification, promotional and/or marketing activities of Mind4Learning, Inc. customers. We have a strict "No Sell" Policy for our customer lists. If selling our list came up as an option, we would first notify you and give you the choice of removing your contact info prior to a sale.
Let us state unequivocally: Mind4Learning has a No-Sell List Policy --nor do we have future plans on selling your information to interested 3rd parties.
So If I Write to You for Support, But Don't Want to Worry About Being Added To Your Email List, You Won't Secretly Add Me?
No. We don't like sneaky, shady stuff like that any more than you do. We sell education apps for kids! If you want to be on our mailing list, you just need to ask, because that's the ONLY way you will get on our mailing list.
We do use social media to conduct marketing campaigns to reach out to new audiences. We on occasion collect public social media account names in order to reach out to audiences we think will have an interest in our products.
We conduct ourselves on social media according to those site’s Terms of Service and Rules of Behavior, as well as with an overall value of respect for others online, and expect the same kind of treatment from others on social media.
If you have been contacted by our company on social media and do not wish to be, simply notify us and we will remove you from our social media list accounts.
